Too many don't seem to know the difference between Liberty and anarchy. If everything is supposed to require mutual consent, then we are to live in anarchy, and our lives then become subject to a perpetual prisoner's dilemma. What's a "Prisoner's Dilemma? Balzy guy, playing interesting words games with unusually patient and tolerant court staff. He compared our (deeply flawed) system to China - I wonder if he thinks he could pull this crap in China? When he left, I wonder if he got into the car for which he acknowledged the state's authority to require licensing and permits, and drove on the roads over property taken against the will of his fellow citizens (as opposed to by mutual agreement)? Nah, he wouldn't. That would be hypocrisy.

I'm undergoing a similar situation. I live in Bryan TX & I was charged with "failure to wear a seat-belt", but I wrote Non-Assumpsit clearly on the ticket, & since then all the court documents they've handed me I've signed that way as well, but when I went to pre-trial, I basically agreed to a not-guilty plea & set for trial before knowing much of this, so if you have any good advice for me, itd be much appreciated |
