@Ermor666 This is just a hunch, but I think it's more of an "Oh crap, they found me out!!" kind of expression. If you notice, he didn't have that expression on any of the other questions they asked him. Just the one about the cigar.

I still don`t get why there was so much fuss about it. It was certainly embarrassing, but a private matter between the Clintons and Monica. Why did it become so political? I still remember Mireille (the wife) side by side with the "other" at Miterrand`s official funeral ....
